Limited daytime events may be allowed with prior host approval; however, quiet hours are strictly enforced to ensure a peaceful environment for all. Please note that the City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances seriously. For your safety and to uphold community standards, security cameras are installed at the front of the property, and Minut Noise Monitoring devices are in place. The Minut device does not record conversations but does measure noise levels in decibels to monitor for disturbances and ensure compliance with occupancy limits. TPT # 2027038
