NOTE: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $75/night ($400/week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival. NOTE: Although some of this home has been updated/renovated, it is still an older home and has its share of minor issues. If anything comes up during your stay, do not hesitate to reach out for assistance. There is a security camera on the East side of the home that simply monitors the yard access gate as a security precaution only. Properties may include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.
