Other things to note

Each building features two studios that share a laundry room equipped with an eco-friendly washer/dryer combo. Designed for single small loads in a pinch, clothes may need to be hung to fully dry. We also offer laundry valet service for larger loads for a small fee. While we’ve incorporated state-of-the-art sound dampening materials into our complex, please note that some noise from neighboring businesses, the lively street ambiance, and adjacent units may be present, especially after dark. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis along Craftsman Court and neighboring streets.
