Northwood Manor Phoenix is a relaxed neighborhood located between the Arizona Canal Trail and E Glendale Ave on the West side of the 51. The Northview Retreat is within walking distance to Luci’s at the Orchard & Dutch Bros Coffee and only 10 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

NOTE: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $75/night ($400/week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival. Requests inside 72 hours or at arrival need to be aware that the pool can take between 10-16 hours to fully heat depending on weather and ambient temperature. It is a Salt Water pool. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Phoenix takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms. Gathring, chatting, laughing & playing outdoors is ok, we just ask that you respect quiet hours after 10pm Ring Secuirty Cameras focused on side and rear access points and Ring doorbell are installed to monitor vendor access, REAL occupancy and for emergency situations only. Properties may include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
