Security and Monitoring: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with a front-facing security camera and two side access cameras to monitor vendor access, real occupancy, and emergency situations. Additionally, the property features a Minut noise alert monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. This system does not record actual sounds or conversations but monitors noise levels (measured in decibels).
