The pool is heated at no additional charge, but temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient outside temperatures. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. We have a zero-tolerance party and event policy. The City of Chandler takes noise disturbances very seriously, which can result in fines and the removal of this listing from various platforms. For security, Ring cameras are installed to monitor side and rear access points, as well as a Ring doorbell, to ensure vendor access and real occupancy. These are used for emergency situations only.
